Practically everybody’s New Year resolution has to do with some sort of fitness goals. If that’s you, then try these fitness tips. It should make it a bit easier to stick to your New Year resolution of weight loss, as you should see noticeable results.
DRINK WATER
It’s a general guideline to stay hydrated. In doing so you should make sure you drink eight 8 oz. glasses of water a day.
WORK OUT 20 MINUTES PER DAY
You don’t need to work out for hours, just try to get at least 20 minutes of physical activity in each day. You can start by walking, running or weight training.
HAVE A ROUTINE
Hitting your fitness goals isn’t only achieved by working out, but also by ensuring you get enough sleep and have a proper diet. So try to keep consistency with your bed time and workout schedule and eating balanced meals throughout the day.

The average can of soda has 39 grams of sugar, so opt for water instead.
CUT OUT LATE NIGHT SNACKING
Late night snacking is when we make the worst decisions so do your best to limit your late night snacking but giving yourself a realistic time to stop eating, inorder to limit your cravings.
DON’T MISTAKE THIRST FOR HUNGER
If you feel like you are constantly hungry, try drinking a glass of water. Sometimes feeling hungry is our body’s way of telling us we are dehydrated.
EAT SMALLER PORTIONS
Using smaller plates tends to help with eating smaller portions. It’s known to actually trick your mind into thinking you’re eating more food.
USE APPS
Track your fitness using items like Fitbits or different health apps that can be downloaded to your phone to manage your journey. It’s a great way to track your sleep, steps, exercise and eating habits.
DRINK GREEN TEA
Green tea is known to naturally increases metabolism and can act as a natural weight loss supplement. So drink up!
