DUBROW DIET
This diet itself is just intermittent fasting with a bit of a twist. You stick to time-restricted fasting, meaning you eat only during a certain time window each day and fast the rest. The diet also has three different phases that specify how long you should fast and what you should eat.
NOOM DIET
The Noom app is a fitness and weight-loss app that guides users through both the mental and physical challenge of losing weight. The app not only tells you what you should eat and how much you should exercise, as well as educating you on the reasoning behind healthy practices.
